Who said home workouts don’t work?!? And all you need is 20 minutes to get it done and feel amazing!!!!! I’m definitely not motivated to do a full hour in the sun right now but a 45 minute walk and then 20 minute at home circuit is helping my mindset and mental clarity so much!!! Who else needs to move their bodies? .
I do have some equipment at home but in all honesty you don’t NEED any of it. If you’ve got it GREAT definitely incorporate it , but if you don’t / don’t let it be an excuse to NOT move your body!
