2 - Purchase a one off ‘challenge pass’ for 49.95. You’ll get full access to the challenge and all balance app features during the challenge. This is not a subscription.

We all start together, finish together and do the same days together for maximum motivation, connection and accountability. We complete 28 balanced body sessions in 28 days.
After the challenge ends, we will have 2 weeks break. On March 7 2022, Balanced 2 launches. Here you will have the option to do a brand new 28 Day Pilates Challenge or re-do the Balanced Challenge. Every 2 months we will release a brand new challenge to complete providing you with the motivation, accountability and support you need to stay on track. The month in-between gives you the ability to build your healthy lifestyle and implement the lessons you’ve learned by yourself. It's the perfect balance between challenges and real life.
Yes, you’ll be given 24/7 support on the balanced forum by Ashy and her team. This includes experts qualified in personal training, nutrition, naturopathy, NLP, ACT and breath-work.
Members will have access to all programs while their membership is current. If you purchase a ‘Balanced Challenge Pass,' you will have access for the one challenge. You cannot do the challenges by yourself at different times. They are specifically designed to be started and finished together as a group.
Yes! On January 17, only the brand new Balanced Body Challenge will be available. However every 2 months thereafter (March, May, July, Sep etc,) we will be releasing a new challenge for you to try. In March, we are launching an epic 28 Day Pilates Challenge with Ashy’s Pilates teacher and it just gets better and better from there. 28 day yoga, weights, booty, and even dancing in the mix.
No, this challenge is focused purely on strength and fitness.
In saying that, you have complete access to the Balance Nutrition Program that has been designed to help you create the perfect customised nutrition plan. Choose between standard, vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, FODMAP, paleo, keto options and more. You can even exclude specific food you don’t like. For example you could follow a low carb challenge with no avocado. With the click of a button you'll have a perfectly curated, clean, nutritious and natural nutrition plan based around your taste preferences. This is all included within the balance app but doesn’t have to be followed during the program.
