The Capability to recover or adjust from difficult and misfortune quickly.
This is always something I’m proud of but always working on more. Some areas of my life I’ve learned to be resilient- others I need more practice and will always aim to improve.
I think when we accept that things don’t always go to plan and shitty unexpected things happen - it’s not the thing that REALLY effects us it’s our mindset and how we get through whatever it is. Our perception, our meanings on it and how quickly we can turn things around to get back on track or get on the path that’s actually mean for us. .
