I definitely over indulged this weekend , ate our most meals , over ate , had a lot of sugar including ice creams , cookies , cocktails and even cake and cupcakes today at @grettyrose gender reveal which is a BOY OMG 😍💙 so frigin excited!!!

BUT very keen to be back into my healthy habits and not feel sluggish and bloated - but no regrets , no guilt - life is meant to be celebrated and enjoyed and balanced !
