I’ve started to journal - never thought I’d say that as I have always thought “ yeah that’s not for me”. But I do think it’s a cool easy way to clear your head each night so you can sleep better and also keep myself accountable to make sure I’m making changes where needed over time - and just like this post it reminds me that only YOU can make the changes to a better , happier more fulfilled life. No blame game here - and I don’t blame often and if I do I’m pretty quick to catch myself and ask where I can take responsibility but having conversations or journaling with your thoughts can help you progress in the right direction I believe instead of sitting there or shoving it under a rug hoping it goes away instead of healing or working through it.
Don’t be in the same place emotionally , mentally and physically this time 6 months. You want to be stronger , wiser , more awake and aware, grow yourself - the more you know the better you can be / do.
