EASY GO TO GREEN SMOOTHIE🌱 . Do you struggle to get the perfect combo? DW - I’ve got you gf😘 . I get a lot of msgs from women wanting to start having more GREEN in their diet for many reasons but don’t know where to start . Of course green veggies is essential but I do love smoothies! . 🤍When anyone is starting I think this smoothie is - EASY - YUMMY - HEALTHY - LOADS OF NUTRIENTS - FILLING / SATISFYING . 💚Handful of fresh spinach ( greens ) 💚¼ RAW ZUCCHINI ( hidden veggie but thickens the smoothie too) 💛Half a banana ( natural sugars and sweetness ) 💛½ cup frozen pineapple ( sweetness and anti inflamortory ) 💚1 cup coconut water ( super hydrating and YUM ) 💛Vanilla protein powder ( optional 0 but protein to complete the meal plus makes it more cream and yummy) 💚Few cubes of frozen avocado ( cannot taste is but adds some healthy fats ) 💛BLEND .
