Did you know ... last year for about 6 months I stopped posting photos wearing bikinis?
I honestly got sick of being called the bikini girl or that fitness bikini girl as I felt there was so much more to me than just a girl in a bikini. When I first started as a personal trainer Steve and I started a 12 week challenge called “ The Ashy Bines Bikini body challenge “ so I understand where the whole bikini name came from but that was 11 years ago and Im proud of where I’ve come from but also how much I’ve grown.
I’m a mum, wife , buisness owner , entrepreneur, growth addict and an awake , conscious human!!! .
But hey guess what ? I still wear bikinis , I live on the Gold coast 30 seconds from the beach and love summer time - and i shouldn’t have to hide parts of my life or be ashamed to be in a bikini 😂 what we look like doesn’t represent who we are on the inside or what we have achieved or show how far we have come. .
And yep I’m keen to go back to #bali please !!
