Anyone else’s “ work “ uniform now pjs or comfy undies and a tshirt? Lol👌🏼
I’ve officially had 4 weeks off coffee, I’ve never been addicted or one to have every day but end of last year and beginning of this year my work load was on another level, which resulted in anxiety ( I opened up about my struggles on YouTube if you want to see ) and a lot more coffee than what I needed and then started to not feel “ awake “ without it. So I’ve done 4 weeks off and have my natural energy again! I’m starting to do my own home squad app workouts now my back is getting better so will have half a sachet before hand as I do LOVE the taste but never think we should rely on it and half a sachet will be perfect for me / it’s more a treat for me not something I rely on / I use @beforeyouspeakcoffee the mocha one and it has other cool healthy ingredients in there like collagen , camu powder and tumeric !
Other liquids I start my day with is -
🍋 water ( I have 500 mls to start my day and it’s warm / amazing for immunity , digestion and of course hydration )
Bone broth I use @365nourish 🌱Greens powder I use @morlife_ .
And during the day I love a smoothie, cold pressed green juices if I buy them, bye bye bloat tea☕️ for digestion and immunity and collagen powders too! I love getting as many nutrients in per day as possible and we are so lucky these days it’s much easier to sneak them in! .
