Can I just do 28 days?

Yes, if you decide to only do the first 28 days in Stage 1 of the Keto Challenge you can easily stop any time, no questions asked. 


We believe that Stage 2 of the Keto Challenge integrates you back into a less restrictive yet customised plan and then allows you to swap between a keto and standard plan. This is what sets this program apart and will be the difference between long term success or not.

I am Vegan, can I do this plan?

Yes, we have a vegan plan that will get you results.


Because we need to keep you at a precise ratio of fat/protein and carbs during the Keto Challenge, we need to have a lot of tempeh and tofu during the program. The meals are amazing and will get you results, but this eating plan is definitely not something we recommend long term for vegans as it becomes much more limiting than the standard plan which is very easy to stick to.


If you are vegan and looking for results we recommend you try it and if it becomes too limiting switch immediately to the custom nutrition plan in Squad with a goal of fat loss. There are so many amazing meals that suit the vegan lifestyle better and every meal will be 100% customised to your taste preferences too.

Is the plan Gluten and Dairy Free?

The plan is gluten free and all ingredients are listed in every recipe for you to triple check. 


The plan is not dairy free however the only dairy options are cheese and cream which have virtually zero lactose. Lactose is the issue most people have with dairy, so we find most lactose sensitive individuals are fine when doing the Keto Challenge. 


If you are highly sensitive to the protein in dairy (casein) then we recommend you do not do this program.

I’m a fussy eater, can you give me an example of the food in this plan?

Yes, you will be consuming high fat foods.


You will be restricting fruit until you are burning fat consistently and then just adding in berries. So if you don’t think you can go even a day without fruit then this program may not be for you.
