YES YES YES. All of these we need more of! Still keeping Taj home today as he’s not 100% but literally every day these 5 things have been my focus for his health. Plus vitamins, greens powder , pro biotics , coconut water, LOTS of cuddles , love , books and let’s keep it real some iPad when I need to get things DONE ✅ 😂 .
