Itโs one thing to know the information but DOING is where it matters and our minds need us to be strong more than ever right now !
We canโt control much right now , all you can do is your best. But you can control how you react and respond to your individual situation, those around you, plan , grow , innovate , get creative , breath , find gratitude , learn , read , meditate , stretch, Do home workouts , listen more , be kind , call a friend , post and like and support struggling buisness , Apprciate our nurses, doctors and everyone who simply canโt stay at home but are taking care of everyone in need of care.
It is COOL to be kind and be kind wherever you can which is everyone. Now is NOT the time to be an online bully and project your stress, anger or upset onto anyoneโ
