Not sleeping enough these days and you all know how much I need my sleep 💤 BUT 5.30 am cuddles I won’t ever complain about and instead of just laying there I know moving my body is the best thing for me. I never smash my body or do a crazy session when I’m feeling flat but I do think some light movement will make you feel a ton better - 30 minute yoga session from my app #squad and then a 45 minute walk plus 15 min run around at the park with the little guy - also he took this picture of me haha thanks Taj!!! 🐱 🐶 .
