My motivation each day? It’s always the want to be better for myself, taj , Steve and everyone around me , I want to help more,give more and be more.
Lately I’ve really been going within myself and diving deeper into “ who is ASHY BINES “ without x y z.
I feel I’ve always allowed my career ,situation, relationships , achievements and distractions - label who I am but along the way , lost sight of who I was at my core & what I truly value & want in life ( yes deep I know haha ) & it’s been cool to explore & also with this comes with looking at what’s really important to me.

My highest value is deep connected REAL authentic relationships , which means being REALLY REAL with who I am even if I’m worried I won’t be accepted , wanted , loved , or maybe judged.
Even a conversation I had today with a girlfriend and my coach about a certain pattern I have that I want to change ( frustration and anger when I’m scared ) I had to get really real with WHY I do it and where it comes from. And I realised how much anger is “ sad “s body guard ( thanks @ktdean.com.au for that explanation) and also how
Much we do to avoid the feeling of shame or any emotion we have labeled as wrong or “ bad “ and the behavioural patterns we do to control situations so we don’t “ feel those( thanks @taylorcecil )
It was such an Awsome day of learning and awareness for me and awareness is always the first step which scares me and excites me at the same time lol.
You might be reading this thinking whoa this is deep for the gram, but I want what I post to be real and authentic , create real connections and to make a real difference . I don’t want just pretty pictures posted with a cute emoji, I want depth and to make a difference somehow even if that’s just showing up being brave and vulnerable and hopefully that helps someone else feel not alone or gives them the courage to do the same.
No one is perfect, we all have traits, patterns , limiting beliefs and traumas to work through to help us grow - IF we choose to and WHEN we are ready to. 🙏🏼
