A question I always ask myself , and also a lot of my choices I ask does it match my values ? And does it help me live the life I want to live ? Be the person I want to be? .
FOR EXAMPLE.
People often why I don’t drink .... I’ve realised how much I value ENERGY. For myself , to be the best mum I can be and all over clarity, focus and motivation for all things that are important to me - IF I was to drink and have a big night , lose sleep , feel dehydrated and all the lovely things that come along with drinking😉 - its not worth it to me because I value my energy and health so highly. .
Make sure the choices you make match up to what you truly value and that it’s contributing to the life you want to live and who you want to be 👌🏼
