I have been told I will lose muscle while fasting?
The seminars in your fasting revolution program will help explain how my program will ensure you maintain muscle while doing intermittent fasting. People can lose muscle on any weight loss program but please know that in all of my programs one of my top 3 goals is to ensure you maintain as much muscle as you can while dropping body fat. Will I feel hungry during my fast?
It is possible yes, however I will show you how to modify the program to match your hunger levels.
